This highly regarded multi trading business in Bahrain has an opportunity for a Branch Sales Manager with considerable experience within the building finishing sector to develop sales in all of their product areas. The Qatar branch is a new addition so we need someone with considerable industry experience and have a high energy and work ethic. You will be selling furniture, fittings, flooring, lighting, marble etc to the end user, contractors and suppliers. Your key responsibilities will be: Manage and deliver clear sales plans and targets and activities for the branch, reviewing and monitoring critical sales targets, maintaining and updating an overall plan and progress reporting to the General Manager. Manage market intelligence and plan marketing activities for the branch. Work with General Manager to ensure that all policies and procedures are fully implemented. Manage branch departments to ensure internal and external customers are dealt with in the best way. Establish regular structured communication between all departments and the General Manager. Communicating objectives, information, attitudes and values in a motivational way. Ensuring effective Government Regulations, Health and Safety procedures are in place. Ensure adequate staff quality and quantity are within the Branch. In order to be considered, you must have 10 yrs experience, ideally within this market. You must have a background in managing a brand and be able to manage, develop sales and work to deadlines. Middle East / Qatar knowledge is preferred. Immediate start.
